The focus of this training was all about POWER!!!!
I performed a power complex, an upper body super set. I’ve put on 6lbs of muscle in the past 4 weeks and the goal was to “saturate” the new muscle with as much “wattage” as possible so that I’d could maintain my speed and power output.
I then finished off with a PR in kettlebell snatches after not snatching for 12 weeks.
Fun workout filled with TONS of WATTAGE!!!!
