A Different Level of Coaching Experience
What sets me apart from most professionals in the fitness and performance industry is not simply the number of years I’ve coached, but the length and depth of the relationships I’ve built with my clients.
Over my 26-year career, I have had the unique opportunity to work with a select group of individuals ranging from 3 to 20 years, guiding them through multiple stages of life rather than a single season of performance.
I’ve trained clients who began with me in their 20s and are now in their 40s, individuals who started in their 30s and are now in their 50s, and others who began in their 40s and are now thriving in their 60s.
This long-term perspective has allowed me to coach individuals through transitions that most fitness professionals never have the opportunity to witness firsthand.
